Nothing is better than the smell of Mama's soup on the stove! Enjoy our minestrone that is packed full of peas, green beans, carrots, red beans and pasta. Just add tomatoes and water and you will have a heart-healthy and delicious soup in minutes. We recommend serving with a side of garlic bread:) For a heartier version, add cooked beef or chicken.
